Rigatoni Organic 500g from Afeltra: excellent artisanal pasta from Gragnano IGP, which is bronze-drawn and then slowly dried.
The slow drying can last up to 60 hours and takes place at low temperature: in the static cells, a proper balance of heat and humidity creates the microclimate of the "wind tunnel" of Via Roma, in Gragnano. Thanks to this manufacturing process, the pasta has excellent cooking resistance and a porous, rough surface that better holds the chosen sauce.
Versatile and delicious, they are perfect combined with any sauce.

The award-winning Pastificio Olimpio Afeltra was founded in 1848 and is located in the heart of Gragnano. In a monumental building dating back to the early 19th century, 5,000 kg of pasta are produced daily with full respect for the artisanal method. The best durum wheat semolina arrives and is analyzed at each delivery to verify it has the required excellence characteristics in terms of protein, gluten, and ash content. The dough and pre-kneading are done under vacuum, very slowly, using the purest water from the Monti Lattari of Gragnano. The drawing is exclusively bronze, and drying lasts from 24 to 52 hours, depending on the shapes, with temperatures never exceeding 48 degrees Celsius.
