The 500 g organic linguine from the Afeltra pasta factory were born in Gragnano, the pasta capital of Italy. They are processed with modern machines that do not hinder traditional pasta production.
The linguine are made with the highest quality durum wheat and spring water from the Lattari mountains. The result is flavorful linguine that capture and enhance the sauce, contributing to the creation of a perfect meal.
A versatile pasta that can accompany all sauces, especially seafood-based sauces: fish sauces, seafood, shellfish. All served with a light white wine.

The award-winning Pastificio Olimpio Afeltra was founded in 1848 and is located in the heart of Gragnano. In a monumental early 19th-century building, 5,000 kg of pasta are produced daily respecting the artisanal method. The best durum wheat semolina arrives and is analyzed with each delivery to verify it meets the required excellence characteristics for protein, gluten, and ash content. Kneading and pre-kneading are done under vacuum, very slowly, and with the purest water from the Lattari mountains of Gragnano. The shaping is done exclusively with bronze dies, and drying lasts from 24 to 52 hours, depending on the format, with temperatures never exceeding 48 degrees Celsius.
