Description

Madagascar is the world's leading producer of vanilla. Its reputation is well established; however, in recent years, many growers have been forced to shorten the harvesting and curing times to sell their production more quickly.

Our partner only exports their pods after a full 6-month curing process, allowing the pod to develop its full aromatic range. Our gourmet quality vanilla comes exclusively from the Sambava region.

Prepared in the traditional Bourbon style, its quality is sought after by top pastry chefs and fine gourmets. It is characterized by its chocolate-black color, oily and supple appearance, and length exceeding 20 cm. Its floral and cocoa notes wonderfully flavor pastries, ice creams, white meats, and fish.

Allergens: In our workshop, we handle the following allergens: mustard, sesame, peanut, tree nuts, celery, sulfites (naturally present: garlic, onion, shallot). We take maximum precautions to avoid any cross-contamination. However, traces of these allergens may remain.
