Description

Trofie di Rossi are a fresh pasta specialty typical of Liguria, especially appreciated for their elongated and twisted shape, which perfectly holds sauces. Handmade, they are made with only two simple and natural ingredients: durum wheat semolina and water. Their slightly rough texture allows them to best absorb Genoese pesto, their traditional accompaniment, but they also pair very well with seafood or vegetable-based sauces.
