ROSSI 1947 - Trenette 500g
Description
The typical long pasta from Genoa, with a biconvex shape, that enhances every aroma. Let yourself be tempted!
The Ligurian tradition calls for cooking trenette with potatoes and green beans, then seasoning them with pesto: this is called "avvantaggiata" pasta.
In this range, we wanted to represent one of the most important periods in Genoese and Ligurian maritime history, that of the brigantines painted by Domenico Gavarrone in the mid-19th century. It all brings together the best products of Ligurian gastronomy.
