Organic blackberry and honeydew honey

We have known Pietro for many years, and every year, he looks for a new location for his bees. This time, his hives were installed in the forest, as the main resources are honeydew and brambles. Although it is not strictly a nectar honey, it can be described as a  multifloral honey, with its amber color, fragrant aroma, and pronounced flavor .

The hives are located in the Pollino National Park, in the territory of the municipality of Viggianello .

This organic honey pairs well with aged cheeses like Podolica caciocavallo.
