Pollino Acacia Honey

Acacia honey is produced by the bees of Pietro Civale , one of the best beekeepers in Basilicata and Italy, renowned for the exceptional quality of his products. Pietro lives in Viggianello, on the Pollino plateau , where its bees thrive in an environment free from any pollution . This honey is a pale straw yellow color. Unlike other honeys, it is low in sucrose and very rich in fructose , which allows it to replace table sugar.
