ORANESSENCE - Ras el Hanout - Blend of 29 Spices (50g box)
Description
A flavorful and refined blend made of 29 spices. Essential in Maghreb cuisine, it is traditionally used in couscous, tagines, and certain almond and honey-based pastries.
USAGE:
Sauté two teaspoons of the Ras el Hanout Oranessence blend in a drizzle of olive oil at the start of cooking. Add your vegetables to the spices for a few minutes, then continue your recipe. For a family dish (10 people), use 3 to 4 teaspoons.

- Allergens: This spice blend contains sulfites due to the presence of garlic, onion, or shallot, which naturally contain them. The garlic, onion, and shallot we use in our blends are grown and processed in France and are guaranteed to have a sulfite level below 10ppm/kg (regulatory threshold for allergen declaration).
- Allergens: In our workshop, we handle the following allergens: mustard, sesame, peanut, tree nuts, celery, sulfites (natural presence: garlic, onion, shallot). We take maximum precautions to avoid any cross-contamination. However, traces of these allergens may remain.
