ORANESSENCE - Voatsiperifery Pepper from Madagascar (50g box)
Description
Madagascar wild pepper was discovered a few years ago. Increasingly popular among food enthusiasts, it captivates with its freshness, as well as its woody and fruity flavor. It enhances grilled red meats, semi-cooked foie gras, red fruits, and chocolate.
Crush it just before use. A coarse grind maximizes its aromas. Prefer using it at the end of cooking or when plating.
