ORANESSENCE - Wild Assam Pepper 60g box

Resembling a blackberry, this wild false pepper has a unique aroma with smoky and fruity notes. It pairs wonderfully with both seafood and land-based products: shellfish, oily fish, red meats, lamb, game... It enhances winter vegetables and elevates sauces when infused. Like most peppers and berries, it boldly complements chocolate and fruit desserts when used sparingly.
