This renowned black pepper from the Malabar coast (India) is extremely fine, with subtle sweet, woody, and fruity notes reminiscent of cocoa and tonka bean.
You can use it daily like a classic black pepper, but it particularly enhances white meats, poultry, and vegetables. It will elevate your scallops and seasonal veloutés.
Like most black peppers, you can pair it sparingly with fruits and chocolate.
