ORANESSENCE - Indonesian Cubeb Pepper (40g box)

This small peppercorn with a stem is a variety of pepper (piper cubeba) different from the piper nigrum variety, originating from Indonesia. Unique in its kind by its appearance and its powerful, fresh aroma, it is mildly spicy, with a camphor, menthol, and lemon flavor. It particularly enhances fish, duck, and vegetables. It pairs well with dark chocolate, tart fruits, and melon.
