Fresh basil, carefully selected and grown on the green hills of Sicily, forms the base of this pesto, accompanied by almonds and a pinch of whole sea salt.

After opening, add extra virgin olive oil until the surface is covered and store in the refrigerator. Consume within 10 to 12 days.
