A unique and surprising chili! Just like Aleppo chili, Urfa is prepared using a very particular traditional method. It is sun-dried, crushed, then oil and a pinch of salt are added. Its flavor remains very different from Aleppo. Its heat offers a nice lingering sensation, but it is slightly milder than an Espelette chili. Its very fruity aroma recalls raisins and chocolate. If you like its flavor, you can use it everywhere without risk of error. Simply as a seasoning or in the last minutes of cooking.
