ORANESSENCE - Naga Bhut Jolokia chili - EXPLOSIVE 25g

Description

Flavor: also called "ghost pepper," the Naga Jolokia is one of the hottest peppers in the world, but also one of the most flavorful. Its taste is similar to habanero pepper with slightly smoky notes.

Usage: It is best used dried in dishes that allow it to gradually rehydrate: stews, sauces, soups, oils... We recommend using an infuser (e.g., tea ball) to prevent the pepper from getting lost in the preparation. To remove it at the right time, taste your dish regularly. For a milder heat, add it in the last 15 minutes of cooking. Conversely, if you want to enjoy its full strength, you can add it from the beginning. The ideal is to dose by quarter of a pepper until you reach the desired heat level.
