Description

Campofilone IGP macaroni are the typical product of Campofilone: they are very good egg spaghetti used by farming families in the village when they needed to preserve the large quantities of eggs produced by the chickens raised in the yard. The eggs were then kneaded to make the dough, which was dried and stored throughout the year. They are made with fresh eggs and durum wheat semolina, all exclusively sourced from the company's supply chain, 100% made in the Marche region. They are dried at very low temperatures and cook in just 2 minutes.
