Description

Le Verdolì is a blend of Nocellara del Belice, Cerasuola, and Biancolilla olives. It expresses captivating and clear aromas, characterized by notes of ripe fruit, tomato leaves, and field herbs. On the palate, it offers good fluidity, with a predominance of sweetness over bitterness and a delicately spicy finish; the aromas already present on the nose return in the aftertaste with distinct tomato sensations.

Olives: Nocellara del Belice, Biancolilla, Cerasuola.

Production: The olives are harvested in the first half of October using manual picking techniques. They are then pressed within 12 hours of harvest. Cold extraction.
