Le Verdolì is a blend of Nocellara del Belice, Cerasuola, and Biancolilla olives. It expresses captivating and clear aromas, characterized by notes of ripe fruit, tomato leaves, and field herbs. It has a good smoothness on the palate, with a predominance of sweetness over bitterness and a delicately spicy finish; the aromas already expressed on the nose return in the aftertaste with distinct sensations of tomato.
Olives: Nocellara del Belice, Biancolilla, Cerasuola. The olives are hand-harvested in the first half of October. They are then pressed within 12 hours of harvesting. Cold extraction. Organic certification by BioAgricert
