WHITE MAUSU - Smoked Chili Oil 240g

For those of you familiar with our sauces, this one is a bit different. It contains fewer pieces, but certainly no less flavor. The oil has been deeply infused through a two-step process, and we used a type of chipotle called Morita pepper to give it that fruity and smoky touch.

This is a spicy oil with endless uses: all the classics like rice bowls, vegetables, beans, on eggs, or drizzled over a steak.

Ingredients: sunflower oil, chili flakes (12%) (red chili flakes, Korean chili flakes, Morita chipotle flakes), agave syrup, fried garlic, sea salt, tamari soy sauce, star anise, cinnamon.
