Ingredients: tuna, swordfish, yellowtail, natural flavors (garlic, pepper, sweet pepper and hot chili, dried tomato, fennel seeds), extra-pure rock salt, extra virgin olive oil.

Product Features

The tuna, swordfish, and yellowtail are hand-cut, chopped, and mixed with extra-pure rock salt and natural flavors. After a period during which the preparation absorbs the flavors, it is stuffed into vegetable-based casings and undergoes aging for about 12 months, during which it develops its unique organoleptic characteristics. During fermentation, probiotics form, ensuring high digestibility.

With a creamy consistency, Pizzicata® is a fermented fish charcuterie where each ingredient is perfectly balanced, winning over even those who are usually not fans of spicy flavors. Its bright red color comes from dried tomato and Apulian chili, which add character without masking the natural taste of the aged fish. Good extra virgin olive oil enhances its qualities and adds delicacy.

After aging, Pizzicata® is packaged in glass jars for convenient use.

Usage
