The hill tomato is a typical variety from Southern Italy, characterized by its round shape and small size. The small Nolano tomatoes grow at the foot of Vesuvius and are distinguished by their particularly high sugar content, giving dishes a unique and natural sweetness.
After harvest, the fruits are processed in a small workshop that carefully manages the different stages of transformation. The result is a versatile tomato, suitable for all kinds of preparations, favoring quick cooking and pairing perfectly with fish-based dishes.
The product is processed within a few hours in artisanal workshops located just a few kilometers from the fields.
The Nolano brand was born from the initiative of a family who was able to harvest the fruits sown sixty years earlier by Nonno Ciro, the beating heart of the company, and turn them into a solid entrepreneurial reality.
