The organic stone mill Langa Marino is located in Cossano Belbo (CN). The mill's history is very old. Today, three generations of the Marino family work together, continuing with passion to preserve the art of stone milling. To avoid "burning" the flours, the large French circular stones must be hand-hammered once a week. The Marinos use only the best wheats in the world, all organic and GMO-free.
