LA CERQUA TARTUFI - Black Truffle Mousse 50 g

The finest summer black truffles are crushed and seasoned with truffle cooking water, salt, and extra virgin olive oil to create a purée that can satisfy the most refined palates.
Lightly warmed, with a spoonful of extra virgin olive oil and a clove of garlic, the black truffle cream La Cerqua is excellent with pasta, grilled meats and fish, bruschetta, or omelets.

Ingredients: summer truffles (Tuber aestivum Vitt) 70%, extra virgin olive oil, truffle cooking juice (summer truffles, water, salt), salt, flavorings.

Storage: at room temperature as long as the jar is sealed. After opening, keep refrigerated (2–4 °C) for 7 days, covered with extra virgin olive oil.
