BIOFRUIT1981 - Organic Wild Blackberry from the Dinaric Alps 100 g

Description

We have chosen wild blackberries handpicked from the undergrowth, simply dried at low temperature and sweetened with apple juice.

They are therefore much better than cultivated fruits sweetened with sugar, and we do not alter their many properties.

Our "Red Superfruit Berries" supply chain is located in the Dinaric Alps, considered the historical cradle of red fruits. This mountain range in the Western Balkans is mainly composed of vast and untouched forests, where these delicious wild berries grow abundantly in the undergrowth. At the foot of the mountains, the microclimate is ideal for the organic cultivation of other varieties of red fruits not found in the wild.

Within this supply chain, we have chosen a wild bramble blackberry, not to be confused with the black mulberry of the black mulberry tree (Morus nigra), nor with its close relative the white mulberry fruit of the white mulberry tree (Morus alba, commonly the silkworm mulberry). It is simply dried at low temperature and sweetened with apple juice. This way, we avoid counterbalancing (by adding sugar/sucrose or oil, for example) its many properties and highlight its unique taste.

Usage advice: Perfect as is, for dessert, snack, or sports practice, this wild blackberry will also be delicious in your morning cereals, yogurts, or culinary preparations: salads, sauces, smoothies, pastries (tarts, muffins…). Treat yourself!

Storage advice: Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container.

Ingredients: Organic wild blackberries (70%), organic concentrated apple juice
