The Monograno line represents the quintessence of Felicetti production and is made from organic semolina of single origin grown in specific terroirs: this way, we can convey with our pasta the strong character and truth of these simple but delicate ingredients. Our Matt is produced in Apulia and retains the warmth and essential traits of its land of origin, while the ancient yet modern Kamut® Khorasan comes from distant Saskatchewan - Canada. The tone of our Spelt is entirely Umbrian, rustic and sincere, and in the Murge region is grown the latest arrival - but no less important - "Il Cappelli," made from the very Italian and robust Cappelli durum wheat variety, full of sensations, both frank and satisfying.
