Ingredients: Organic Cappelli durum wheat semolina, water. A shape inspired by the classic Pache Matt, retaining its distinctive characteristics. To the ring shape and considerable dimensions (25 mm diameter, 35 mm length) is added a generous groove designed to better hold the sauce, thanks to a semolina of unique origin with excellent qualities: Senatore Cappelli durum wheat, a rich and stubborn variety from delle Murge, here crafted by master pasta makers in combination with the pure water of Latemar. The cooking resistance remains unchanged: reliability at the fork’s end, for everyone’s greatest pleasure.
The Monograno line represents the quintessence of Felicetti production and is made from organic semolina of single origin grown in specific terroirs: this way, we can convey through our pasta the strong character and truth of these simple yet delicate ingredients. Our Matt is produced in Apulia and retains the warmth and primal essence of its land of origin, while the ancient yet modern Kamut® Khorasan comes from distant Saskatchewan - Canada. The tone of our Spelt is entirely Umbrian, rustic and sincere, and in the Murge region is grown the latest arrival - but no less important - "Il Cappelli," made from the very Italian and vigorous Cappelli durum wheat variety, full of sensations, both frank and satisfying.
The dedication with which Monograno is produced is the final brushstroke, the finishing touch that transforms this pasta into a story of the places of origin and the people who made it: a true array of aromas, flavors, textures, sensitivity to seasoning and preparation techniques that allows creativity to open a universe of possibilities every day, small fragments of happiness in our daily lives.
