Interpreted by our master pasta makers in harmony with the pure water of the Latemar, it delivers warmth and color with a frank and vigorous character, deeply Italian.
Raw, it evokes jute sacks and licorice root. When cooked, it recalls freshly milked milk, chestnut bark, and boiled potato. On the palate, both tender and lively, it reveals the sweetness of bread crumb with a surprisingly salty finish.
