PLACE DES ÉPICES - Organic Couscous Mix 50g

Organic spice blend for preparing your couscous. Very fragrant and mild in chili, this mix will allow you to cook your marga (broth).

It is a clever blend of organic spices (16 in total) including cumin of course, but also caraway, garlic, fennel, ginger, galangal, turmeric, and other sweet and peppery mints; a bit of cayenne pepper to spice it all up, and we are ready to prepare our marga (broth and couscous vegetables); the couscous blend is a simpler and spicier variant of the organic ras el hanout blend.

Ingredients: cinnamon, turmeric, galangal, ginger, clove, mace, black pepper, green anise, coriander, cumin, fennel, peppermint, garlic, cayenne pepper, cumin
