Matcha is not just a tea; it is a superfood. It contains 137 times more catechins – an antioxidant – than common green tea. Highly valued by top pastry chefs, it has earned a special place in our kitchen, especially in our pastries (cakes, financiers, macarons...), ice creams, chocolate... Use between 5g and 20g depending on the desired intensity and mix it directly into your preparation (e.g., with the flour).
