The “La Campofilone” truffle linguines are made with a selection of bianchetto truffles and white truffles, without any artificial colorings or preservatives. Their elegant and delicate aroma pairs perfectly with creamy sauces, mushroom dishes, or white meat recipes.
They are produced with fresh eggs and durum wheat semolina, sourced exclusively from the company’s controlled supply chain, 100% made in the Marche region. The very low temperature drying ensures a dense and firm texture, while a cooking time of only 1 to 2 minutes preserves the full subtlety of the truffle flavor.
Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, fresh eggs (33.4%), bianchetto truffle and white truffle preparation.
May contain traces of soy and mustard.
