La Cerqua artisanal pasta, bronze-drawn, is prepared at low temperature and slow-dried using the finest selections of raw materials from Italy. The fettuccine infused with fragrant Italian truffles create the perfect meal at home in under 5 minutes. Season with extra virgin olive oil, butter, or cream. To enhance the flavor, sprinkle with Parmigiano Reggiano or add a gourmet touch by grating fresh truffles on top.
Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, fresh eggs (33.4%), soft wheat flour type "00", 5% summer black truffle (tuber aestivum vitt.). Contains GLUTEN and eggs.
