Made of durable aluminum, suitable for all heat sources. Also suitable for use in the oven. Aluminum is an excellent heat conductor, allowing the pan to heat up quickly for cooking. The handle is made of steel with an epoxy coating. The 'Marble' non-stick layer is resistant to high temperatures (up to 260°C). The coating has been applied in 3 layers and is wear-resistant. Very easy to clean after use
