The recipe is the traditional one, used since ancient times by the housewives of Apulia, the cornerstone of our culinary heritage passed down by our mothers and grandmothers.
Ingredients: Type "0" soft wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil, olive oil, white wine, salt.
