Description
The variety "Hibiscus sabdariffa L." is widely consumed in Africa, especially in Turkey (carcadet) and Guinea (Bissap). Its tangy flavor with red fruit notes offers a refreshing infusion. In cooking, it will add an exotic touch to your jams, pastries, ice creams... Try it (as a strong infusion) instead of wine in your stews (e.g., Beef Bourguignon) and it will surprise you! The longer the infusion time, the stronger and more tangy it will be. Adjust the dose to your taste. It is also highly valued for its medicinal properties.
Usage: 20g / 1l boiling water. Let infuse for at least 8 to 10 minutes.
