Beautiful soft and fleshy Morello cherries, delicately picked at the foot of the Dinaric Alps, then simply dried and sweetened with apple juice.
They are therefore much better than fruits sweetened with sugar, and we do not offset their multiple properties.

Our "Red Superfruit Berries" supply chain is located in the Dinaric Alps, considered the historical cradle of red fruits. This mountain range in the Western Balkans is mainly composed of vast and untouched forests, where these delicious wild berries grow abundantly in the undergrowth. At the foot of the mountains, the microclimate is ideal for the organic cultivation of other varieties of red fruits not found in the wild.
Within this supply chain, we select the highest quality Morello cherries, then let them infuse in organic concentrated apple juice to soften their natural acidity (otherwise too pronounced), before drying them at low temperature.
Thanks to our unique expertise, the result is a fleshy and ultra-delicious fruit!
