Made with lemon juice, it is ideal as an alternative to jam in a sponge cake, deliciously spread generously on a slice of fresh sourdough bread, placed on a scone, or hidden as a gourmet surprise inside your muffins.
Ingredients:
Sugar, egg (16%), salted butter (13%) (cream (milk), salt), water, lemon juice from concentrate (2%), gelling agent: pectin; acidity regulator: citric acid; natural lemon flavor.
May contain gluten, tree nuts, mustard, and soy.
