Yuzu is the emblematic citrus fruit of Japanese cuisine. Its intense aroma and slightly bitter lemon flavor will elegantly replace – with a touch of exoticism – lemon in your favorite recipes. This yuzu powder, made from 100% dried peels, will complement your seafood, white meats, broths, sauces, pastries, creams, cookies... We recommend avoiding direct heat exposure, as it may become bitter. It is best used in cold preparations, at plating for hot dishes, or in indirect cooking (e.g., oven).
