Beppe's Garden - Aji Lemon Drop 55g

Like most species of Capsicum baccatum, this variety is native to South America. Until the mid-1990s it was almost unknown outside, but since then it has been increasingly cultivated by home gardeners in North America and Europe. Lemon Drops are best used to season dishes because of their spiciness.
In addition to its spiciness, Lemon Drop is characterized by a pronounced citrus aroma, which gave this variety its name.
