Chitarra spaghetti (guitar pasta) are a square pasta format with a width of 2 mm. The recommended thickness of the dough is achieved with position 4 of the knob on the roller.
You can operate it manually with the corresponding crank or with the Pastadrive motor.

Pasta can absorb sauces more easily thanks to the imperceptibly rough surface of the rollers.
The aluminum rollers are anodized, so no harmful particles can be released even after very many uses.

Easy cleaning thanks to removable combs. Clean with a cloth or brush. Do not put in the dishwasher.
