Pappardelle are flat pasta with a width of 50 mm. The recommended thickness of the dough is achieved with position 6 of the knob on the roller.
For more safety, operate it only by hand, and not with the Pastadrive motor.

Pasta can absorb sauces more easily thanks to the imperceptibly rough surface of the rollers.
The aluminum rollers are anodized, so no harmful particles can be released even after very many uses.
Easy assembly on the pasta machine.
Maintenance:
Easy cleaning thanks to removable combs. Clean with a cloth or brush. Do not put in the dishwasher.
