The pappardelle is a flat pasta with a width of 50 mm. The recommended thickness of the dough is reached with position 6 of the knob on the sheeter.
For safety reasons, only operate it by hand, not with the Pastadrive.
The dough can absorb sauces more easily thanks to the imperceptibly rough surface of the rollers
The aluminium rollers are anodised, so that no harmful particles can be released even after many uses
Easy assembly on the pasta machine
Maintenance :
Easy cleaning thanks to removable combs. Clean with a cloth or brush. Do not put in the dishwasher.
