Our production of malloreddos is characterized by bronze drawing and the use of an entirely Italian flour, Senatore Cappelli, little known but rich in beneficial properties and nutritional values ​​which have made it the ideal choice for the production of malloreddos. Senatore Cappelli is undoubtedly a very high quality item, in particular it is an arist wheat - it contains the typical filaments of grasses. It is also a very hard wheat, which ensures that the pasta stays cooked al dente. Nutritionally, it contains more vitamins, minerals, lipids and amino acids than soft wheat. This also gives it greater digestibility.
