Fregola - or fregula - is the typical Sardinian pasta, made from semolina and water. It is a simple product, from popular tradition and widely used today. We have kept the simplicity of the production process in order to offer the end consumer an artisanal product as it was made in the past.

May contain traces of military and of mustard.
