Blood peach jam is also called vine peach jam, sweet and fragrant, it contains exquisite pieces of fruit. This artisanal jam is made with French peaches from the Rhône valley. Blood peach has a moderate energy intake: 40 kcal/100 g. It is also very rich in minerals, potassium in particular but also phosphorus and magnesium.
