PLACE DES ÉPICES - Cinnamon pipe Organic 50g

Discover our organic cinnamon pipe grade 5 (very high quality) from Sri Lanka. The real tube cinnamon from Ceylon, which we often confuse here with cassia. It has a more complex and less aggressive nose than cassia. The wild cinnamon tree can reach 15 meters high but since man exploited it for its tawny color and its inimitable taste, it only measures 2 to 3 meters. Its bark is scraped then chopped into fine little ribbons which, left to dry, roll up on themselves.
