Description

The original recipe for malloreddos - also known as Sardinian gnocchetti - uses one of the most precious and well-known flours in the organic sector: Kamut®. Kamut®, formerly called "Pharaoh's grain", owes its name to the hieroglyphic ideogram which means "wheat". It is an organic cereal par excellence, whose nutritional properties are much superior to those of wheat. It is characterized by a high protein value and a greater presence of minerals such as calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, sodium and potassium. We considered that Kamut® was a flour particularly suited to highlighting all the traditional characteristics of malloreddus and offering an excellent nutritional contribution to the end consumer.
