The linguine is made with the best quality durum wheat and spring water from the Lattari Mountains. The result is flavorful linguine, which captures the sauce, enhancing it, helping to create a perfect meal.
A versatile paste that can accompany all sauces, in particular seafood-based sauces: fish sauces, seafood, shellfish. All accompanied by a light white wine.

The award-winning Pastificio Olimpio Afeltra was founded in 1848 and is located right in the heart of Gragnano. In a monumental building from the beginning of the 19th century, 50 quintals of pasta are produced daily in accordance with the artisanal method. The best durum wheat semolina arrives and is analyzed with each delivery to verify that it has the required characteristics of excellence for protein, gluten and ash. Kneading and pre-kneading are done under vacuum, very slowly and with the purest water from the Lattari di Gragnano mountains. The design is only in bronze and drying lasts from 24 to 52 hours, depending on the formats, with temperatures that never exceed 48 degrees.
