Description

The casing, frame, and door handle are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
Door made of 2 layers of tinted Low-E tempered glass that increases energy efficiency by blocking infrared and UV light from outside while preventing heat transfer inside. Door lock included.
Distilled water container made of ABS – distilled water must be filled manually.
Screen notification and sound alarm to warn the user to refill the water tank when the humidity level is below 15%.
An alarm sounds if the door remains open for more than 3.5 minutes – protection against uncontrolled disturbances of the chamber conditions.
Built-in UVC sterilization lamp to prevent bacterial growth and ensure a safe environment for the meat; when the door is open during the seasoning process, bacteria have no chance to develop.
Forced fan cooling ensures the required air circulation level.
LED lights placed on both sides of the chamber and on the ceiling.
Max load per hook: 25 kg.
Max load of the hanging bar: 50 kg.
Temperature range: 1 to 25 °C.
Adjustable humidity range: 60 to 85%.
