Description
Handmade Sicilian pistachio panettone, filled with 60% pistachio cream (strong, intense flavour), pistachio icing and covered with whole Sicilian pistachios and seeds. Pistachios from Pastificio's own production, which come from the foot of Mount Etna (Adrano 580m) and bring with them all the characteristics that distinguish them from all the others, the organoleptic properties resulting from the lava rock on which they grow, where they are harvested every 2 years.
We assure you that it's filled with the best pistachio cream you've ever tasted! Ah, the real pistachio has that emerald green colour!
N.b. When filling, there may be some crushing in the upper area where the cream is inserted.

Basic ingredients: 0 % wheat flour, fresh free-range egg yolk (cat.A) (5%), fresh cream butter (18%), sugar, milk, sourdough (wheat), orange blossom honey (Etna origin), mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, salt*.
- Filling: white chocolate icing and pure pistachio paste with chopped Sicilian pistachios (sugar, vegetable fat, skimmed MILK powder, lecithin (SOY), flavourings).
