La Cerqua artisan pasta, drawn in bronze, is prepared at low temperature and slow drying with the best selections of raw materials from Italy. Chitarrin infused with fragrant Italian truffles creates the perfect meal at home in less than 5 minutes. Season with extra virgin olive oil, butter or cream. To enhance the flavor, sprinkle it with Parmigiano Reggiano or give it a gourmet touch by grating fresh truffles on top.
Ingredients : Durum wheat semolina, fresh eggs (33.4%), soft wheat flour type “00”, black summer truffle 5% (tuber aestivum vitt.). Contains GLUTEN and eggs.
