Beppe's Garden - Jalapeño 90g

The jalapeño pepper, or simply the jalapeño, is a Mexican variety of chili pepper (Capsicum annuum)1, a condiment plant of the Solanaceae family.
It takes its name from its hometown, Xalapa, a city in the state of Veracruz in Mexico. Its color is green or red, depending on its maturity. The harvest takes place approximately 70 days after sowing, and each plant produces around thirty fruits.
The jalapeño measures between 5 and 9 cm. It measures 2,500 to 8,000 on the Scoville scale, which corresponds to average strength.
